​How do I
place an order?
To become a member of our site and start ordering, you must first send legible, high resolution copy of one valid photo ID to the email: dr.errlextracts@gmail.com.
Once you have sent your Government Issued Photo ID to the above email, and after verifying all the given information, we will accept you as a member and you may start placing orders! (If the email you sign up as a member with is different than the email you use to send us the documentation, please specify this in the email you send!)
By signing up for a membership with us, you agree to the following:

-I am a Canadian resident

Payment
& Shipping
Donations can be made on the website through either "the square" or "pay pal". An alternate donation method is available upon request. This is done by sending an e-transfer to a provided email.
Canada post is the mailing service used for our shipping. Shipping is standard, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Orders will be shipped out by 2pm EST the following day an order is placed. Shipping fees are a flat rate of $20.00. FREE SHIPPING TO ALL ORDERS $250+ We will send you an email with your tracking number the day we ship your item out.

How do I place a custom order?
If you would like to place an order with custom essential oils or a custom dosing strength, simply contact us through our email dr.errlextracts@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find something that will work for your specific needs (pricing will be sorted out based on products used).

Because your products are infused, will they get me high?
Our products are infused with Cannabis, but because they are topicals everything is only ever absorbed on a cellular level, not into the blood stream. In order to be affected by the psychoactive effects from THC, it would need to penetrate the blood brain barrier which only happens when it is absorbed into the bloodstream (by inhilation, ingestion, etc). This means you are able to fully enjoy all the medicinal effects of our products without having to worry about the potential psychoactive effects from the THC.
